Thank you for visiting my website. I’m Shelley Hayes, President of Diamond

I have over 8 years experience leading organizations and 10 years coaching
individuals. I am currently developing a Corporate University with leadership and
human potential programs for over 300 employees. My passion and ability to
coach, lead, and inspire has led me to participate on boards and volunteer
committees throughout the Northwest region of the United States.
As a professional life coach, I have witnessed powerful transformations in
people who have been taught to change their thinking and reframe past
messages of limitations. In addition, I have extensive experience developing
youth education and empowerment programs in partnership with schools and
not-for-profit organizations. This year, I was featured in Yellowstone Valley
Woman, a bi-monthly publication that focuses on sharing the stories of
extraordinary Montana women and their achievements.
